ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS, TEMPLATE & DEADLINES
Informations for authors
We would like to invite prospective authors to submit abstracts on any of the HOTLAB 2021 conference topics. These must be written in English. The conference will consist of oral and poster presentations.
All abstracts of registered contributors will be included in a Book of Abstracts to be distributed to all attendees at the venue. All final extended abstracts of registered contributors will be published in the online HOTLAB Extended Abstracts.
The authors are asked to use the attached document as a template and follow the recommendations for the style. Please ensure that your abstracts do not contain Figures, References, Tables or Equations.
Check spelling and grammar carefully – direct reproduction from your electronically sent abstract text means that any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific data will be reproduced as submitted.
Submission Deadlines
The deadline for submission of abstracts: 15/7/2021
The deadline for submission of extended abstracts: 30/8/2021
The Organizing Committee evaluates the abstracts and will notify the corresponding author about the acceptance of their abstract for presentation until July 15, 2021 at the latest.
Poster Session
The maximal size of the poster panels are 1 x 2 m in portrait format. Please ensure your poster fits within these dimensions, otherwise we cannot guarantee it will be displayed. Fixing material will be provided.
